Join us for a foraging weekend in Jaffrey, NH from Friday, August 2 to Sunday August 4. This the second year that we are holding this event. Last year was such a success that we are doing it again. (Registration is required, except for the Sunday walk)
We have two consecutive days planned in the Jaffrey NH area. Jaffrey is in the foothills of Mt. Monadnock and has some great trails for mushrooming. Mt. Monadnock is known for a large diversity of fungi, especially, Black trumpets, Jackson Amanitas, Lobsters and many Boletes. The BMC has rented out an entire inn for Friday and Saturday night (The Benjamin Prescott Inn in Jaffrey, NH). This event is limited to people staying at the Inn. (Some of the locations have very limited parking and may change at the last minute).
